Laboratory Service
Central plant laboratory of JSC “Dalenergomash” provides service in nondestructive testing, mechanical testing and by the definition chemical composition of metal and alloys.
Nondestructive testing laboratory was certified by Russian NDT company in 2015.
Certificate № 52А192689. November, 13, 2015.
Type of servise
Testing of equipment and materials by nondestructive methods during manufacturing, construction, installation, repair, reconstruction, operation, technical diagnostic of objects and also during certification period of welders and welding technology.
Laboratory is equipped with modern facilities. All the instruments of nondestructive testing are verified timely.
Personnel of laboratory have large experience and also conduct certification at the training center timely.
Destructive testing laboratory
Certificated as a testing Laboratory: destructive testing laboratory complies with the General requirements of the competence of testing and calibration laboratories.
Testing objects:
- ferrous and non-ferrous metal and products with 3,0 mm diameter in cross section
- metal in different sites of welded joint and clad metal.
- thin ferrous and non-ferrous metal sheets with 0,5-3,0 mm diameter.
- models of welded joint cut across the seam
- joints made by resistance welding
- sheet metal and other products by thickness of 5 mm
- hardness of metal not more than 650 HB
- Low alloy steel without protection from air corrosion.
